Job Title: Content Creation-Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creation & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in content strategy,, social media management, digital marketing strategies, and video editing. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, editing videos, managing online presence, and helping grow our brand through digital marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule and manage engaging content for various social media platforms ( YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest etc).
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Research and implement trending content ideas, video editing trends and hashtags.


Digital Marketing:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Create email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Optimize content for SEO and website visibility.
- Monitor analytics and provide reports on campaign performance weekly and monthly.

Video Editing & Graphic Design:

- Edit and create short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
- Add captions, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Design marketing graphics, thumbnails, Pinterest pins and social media visuals.

Collaborative, Admin & Support Tasks:

- Assist with content planning, content strategizing and calendar management.
- Research competitors, trends, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on creative projects.
- Assist with other admin tasks as needed

Requirements:
~Proven experience in Content Creation and Digital Marketing.
~Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms and best practices.
~Experienced in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
~Seasoned in editing different kinds of video content (Faceless, Vlogs, Talking Head Videos etc)
~Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
~Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
~Strong writing and communication skills in English.
~Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
~Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools.
~Self motivated, independent and takes initiative to continuously enhance your skills
~Must be able to work EST

Preferred Qualifications:
~Experience in YouTube content creation and growth strategies.
~Background in affiliate marketing, paid ads, or influencer marketing.
~Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Buffer, or Later.
~Proficiently in sales funnels and website platforms (Click Funnels, Upgrade to see actual info, Wix, Show It etc)
