Remote Sales & Lead Generation Specialist with Bidding Experience – Janitorial Industry

We serve a range of clients from offices and industrial spaces to government contracts. We’re on a mission to expand—and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Sales & Lead Gen specialist to help us bring in more business.
Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced sales pro or virtual assistant who understands how to:
Research and find cleaning contracts
Warm up leads and set appointments
Help with proposal writing and RFP responses
Follow up on open quotes
Understand or be willing to learn government bidding platforms (like
Responsibilities:
Source and research potential clients (commercial, property managers, industrial, etc.)
Call or
Assist in preparing and submitting proposals or bids
Keep CRM and spreadsheets updated with lead info
Monitor and respond to bid sites (local government, school districts, public works, etc.)
Track follow-ups and assist in closing deals
Requirements:
Strong English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in janitorial or service-based sales (preferred)
Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho (or willing to learn)
Familiarity with bidding platforms like
Reliable internet, a quiet work space, and the ability to work US-based hours (if needed)
Pay:
$4–$6/hour to start, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses for booked jobs or closed deals
