Google ads and facebook ads specialist for UK Christian card and gift company

We are Just Cards Direct, a Christian card & gift company, and we are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Social Media Ads specialist to help us scale our UK online sales. (Possibly also to help with Amazon, but not a requirement.)
We have run Google ads in the past but not very successfully. We have not tried facebook ads.

? Google Ads Management
• Improve & optimize existing campaigns (Shopping & Search Ads).
• Ensure google ad tracking is working properly (not working properly at the Upgrade to see actual infont)
• Find better keywords & audience targeting for our niche (Christian gifts & cards).
• Reduce cost per click (CPC) and increase conversion rate, with minimum ROAS of 300%.
• Set up retargeting ads for website visitors and A/B testing

? Facebook & Instagram Ads Strategy
• Set up, run & optimize Facebook & Instagram ads for sales & brand awareness.
• Create a Christian audience targeting strategy.
• Test different ad creatives & messaging to find what works.

? Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track ad performance & conversions.
• Provide weekly updates & data-driven recommendations.

? Proven experience running Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for eCommerce.
? Experience with Christian products or a personal Christian faith is a PLUS, but not a requirement.
? Strong skills in keyword research, ad copywriting, and budget management.
? Ability to lower ad costs while improving conversions.
? English fluency & strong communication skills.
