We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team and help us connect with social media influencers in the coaching and high-ticket sales space. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for reaching out to potential partners to grow our network and drive business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Main responsibility will be appointment setting and cold call outreach via
Research and identify social media influencers, coaches, and thought leaders in the high-ticket sales and coaching industries.
Conduct outbound outreach via
Craft personalized and compelling messages to pitch collaboration opportunities, such as affiliate partnerships, sponsored content, or joint ventures.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential influencer contacts using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Track and manage outreach efforts, follow-ups, and responses to ensure consistent communication and progress.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
Schedule calls or meetings between influencers and our team to discuss partnership opportunities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new influencers or niches to target.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or business development, preferably in the influencer marketing, coaching, or high-ticket sales space.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM tools,
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Bonus Skills:
Experience working with coaches, consultants, or high-ticket sales professionals.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing or partnership strategies.
Understanding of sales funnels and conversion strategies.
