E-Commerce Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break
Salary: $1,000 per month


Job Overview:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality product data through Excel-based automation and structured data management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing product information workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business growth with a well-maintained catalog.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain product data in Excel, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and structure.
Conduct routine data audits to eliminate errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Maintain product taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata for better organization.
Automate data workflows using Excel formulas, data validation, and imports/exports to improve efficiency.
Identify and mark outdated or obsolete products as discontinued while maintaining a database of active vs. inactive SKUs.
Ensure product listings are fully optimized with correct attributes and specifications.
Ensure 99% product data accuracy and completeness through weekly data audits and effective data management processes.
Complete full product catalogs for the top 10 manufacturers with all required attributes.
Upload, manage, and update product information on Shopify, ensuring seamless integration and accurate catalog updates.


Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, automation).
Experience in data management, governance, and taxonomy classification.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital asset management.
Experience with Shopify is a plus (product uploads, data imports/exports, and catalog management).
Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) & data integration techniques.
Meticulous & detail-oriented – ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
