Customer Service & Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for 3 x driven and persuasive communicators with a talent for customer support and sales to join our growing company. This role is for an online customer support position, where you will be required to respond to inbound customer enquiries and deal with their issues and queries whilst also directing them to the relevant products that satisfy their needs

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong written communication skills - You need to be fast at typing and have attention to detail with the words you use when replying to customers. Excellent English grammar is required.

-Sales-minded and target-driven individuals, you will be required to recommend customers relevant products to solve their problems. We are looking for smart people who can read between the lines and understand what problems the customer is having and how we can provide the solution to them

-Problem solvers who can handle objections and find solutions on the spot. We are looking for resilient people, who understand that no doesn’t always mean a no.

-Proactive & Reliable - Although this is remote work, we expect each individual to be professional as all work is monitored by our systems and managers. We are only looking for proactive people who take action and are hungry to make more money via commissions.

-An understanding of people’s moods and behaviours - can you tell if someone is happy or sad, angry or frustrated by just the words they type? We are looking for people who can pick up on the subtle clues in conversations to make sure all our customers are happy .


What You’ll Do:

-Engage with inbound customers by responding quickly to their enquiries, you must understand who they are, what they need and which one of our products they have bought that they need help with

-Drive sales by looking for opportunities to upsell existing and new customers - you should overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

-Build strong relationships and connections with customers over time by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. We have many repeat customers, and you will be responsible for building and maintaining these relationships.

-Stay organized using CRM tools to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records. You should be able to recognize what products our customers have already purchased from us, and what type of buyer they are and the help they need.

-Think quickly and craft persuasive responses to turn every conversation into a sales opportunity.

-Collaborate with a high-energy team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
