About the Role:
Offsite is looking for a sharp, self-starting Social & Community Specialist to take ownership of our Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to communicate with professionals, founders, and decision-makers—and knows how to grow a following while creating content that genuinely resonates.
You'll collaborate closely with our CEO and Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, create community-driven content, and help Offsite stand out as the go-to partner for company retreats and culture-building experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Help grow Offsite’s Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter presence.
- Write and design creative, high-performing content tailored to each platform.
- Post regularly and engage with followers through comments, replies, and community conversations.
- Monitor relevant hashtags, trends, and conversations to join in real-time and grow visibility.
- Participate in industry forums, communities, and conversations to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategy.
- Stay ahead of social trends, updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Track engagement and growth metrics to inform content strategy.


You’re a Fit If You:
- Have experience creating content specifically for Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter (and know the difference between what performs on each).
- Are fluent in English and love engaging in thoughtful online conversations.
- Can design simple but impactful graphics using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Are organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Have a creative mind with a pulse on B2B marketing and startup culture.
- Are excited about building community—not just broadcasting content.
