**Job Title: Full-Time Social Media Manager**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Full-Time Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires managing a high volume of content—500 posts weekly across six platforms—while collaborating with our graphics and video teams to produce visually compelling material. The ideal candidate is a creative multitasker with strong writing skills, a deep understanding of social media dynamics, and the ability to drive engagement and growth under tight deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, schedule, and execute 500 posts per week across Instagram,
- Direct and collaborate with the graphics team and video team to create high-quality visual content aligned with brand goals.
- Personally create and post 50+ original text-based posts weekly to supplement visual content.
- Monitor platform performance, audience engagement, and trends, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and interaction.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide weekly reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, impressions) using analytics tools.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives and brand objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure content remains innovative and effective.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience managing high-volume social media accounts across multiple platforms, with a track record of driving engagement.
- Exceptional writing skills to craft 50+ weekly text posts that are engaging, concise, and on-brand.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide graphics and video teams in content creation.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Deep knowledge of Instagram,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a consistent output of 500 posts weekly.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for daily tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
**Schedule:**
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible hours with an expectation to post during peak audience times across platforms and time zones.
- Regular coordination with graphics and video teams to meet content deadlines.
