Who We Are
We’re a niche funding company that supports real estate investors by providing capital for double closings, earnest money deposits, and seller carrybacks. We’re not agents, flippers, or lenders in the traditional sense—we’re deal enablers. Our mission is to help investors move quickly and confidently by removing capital roadblocks to complete real estate transactions.
As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations, support social media presence, and manage administrative tasks.
You don’t need experience in real estate to apply, but it’s a bonus if you’ve worked in real estate investing, transaction coordination, or high-trust industries like finance or legal.

What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative Support
Organize and manage the company calendar so appointments can be scheduled easily.


Transfer our email to a new domain (Google Workspace).


Set up and manage a new professional email account for yourself.


Help ensure banking and financial information is stored securely and accessible only when needed.


Social Media + Marketing
Post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).


Engage with leads through comments and DMs using brand voice and SOPs.


Help develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for posting and engagement.


Track engagement metrics and optimize post timing and content types.


Communication & Inbox Management
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the business owner.


Flag high-priority messages and organize communications based on urgency.


Draft professional replies using templates or owner-approved language.



What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:
Loves systems, structure, and clear processes.


Enjoys learning new tools and figuring things out independently.


Has strong written communication skills and professional etiquette.


Is resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.


Can handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.


Required Skills:
Experience as a VA, executive assistant, or in an administrative/operations role.


Fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills.


Comfortable with Google Workspace, Go High Level, and general tech troubleshooting.


Able to follow SOPs but also help improve or create them.


Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with real estate, funding, or legal transactions.


Are familiar with CRM tools, content scheduling software, or social media management platforms

Have worked in a role that required handling confidential financial data.
