Sales & Customer Support Virtual Assistant for Custom Apparel Business

Job Overview:
DEX Custom Apparel is looking for a results-driven Sales & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to help grow our sales and increase customer engagement. Your role will involve handling inquiries, following up on leads, and proactively reaching out to potential clients. If you have experience in sales and customer service, and love closing deals, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via
Proactively reach out to businesses and potential customers via
Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat orders.
Qualify leads by asking about their business, past orders, and product needs.
Provide price quotes based on order quantity, apparel type, and customization method.
Assist with order processing and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Track leads, customer interactions, and sales in a CRM or spreadsheet.
Work with our team to create special promotions and upsell opportunities.
Research and identify new potential customers (businesses, schools, events, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
Ability to sell and persuade customers to place orders.
Experience in the apparel or printing industry (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Willing to work U.S. business hours.
