Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator to join a leading plant-based nutrition brand focused on creating premium, science-backed supplements. This role is key in managing and growing our affiliate and partnership programs, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. As part of their team, you’ll help expand our reach by identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with well aligned influencers and content creators. Your role will involve lead generation, outreach, and relationship management while also tracking performance metrics to optimize partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to partnership inquiries via Instagram DMs
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and provide updates.
- Identify and research potential affiliates and influencers in relevant spaces.
- Conduct outreach via Instagram, email, Tiktok, and other platforms.
- Perform SEO analysis to find relevant billings for affiliates.
- Negotiate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates.
- Track and organize lead generation, outreach, and partnership progress.
- Coordinate product sample shipments.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics, such as conversions and ROI.
- Provide insights to improve affiliate program performance.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing.
- 1+ year in a WFH setup.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience negotiating compensation structures with partners.
- Experience using CRM tools to track outreach and partnerships
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact.
- Passion for health, wellness, or plan-based lifestyles is a plus!

Salary and Benefits:
- $10 - $20 per hour (based on experience).
