Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing essential data related to our advertising campaigns, client information, and media assets. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure the seamless flow of data across departments, supporting our creative, media, and client services teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update campaign-related data, media schedules, and client records into our systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and organization of client and agency information.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and compiling reports.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and budget tracking data entry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data input.
- Follow company data management procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure all data is correctly formatted and categorized for easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing data.
Qualifications and Skills
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus but not required.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
