We are seeking a Sales Funneling Expert to design, implement, and optimize high-converting sales funnels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
Qualifications:
Proven Expertise in Sales Funnels:
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing various course sales funnels, including lead generation, webinar funnels, and membership/subscription models.
Platform & Tool Proficiency:
Expert-level skills in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Kajabi, ThriveCart, ActiveCampaign, and Flodesk for funnel creation, automation, and customer engagement.
Strong working knowledge of other funnel-building tools like ClickFunnels and Leadpages.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Skills:
Proficiency in A/B testing, heat mapping, and data analysis to drive significant improvements in conversion rates.
Analytics & Tracking Expertise:
Experience using Google Analytics,
Direct Response Marketing:
Solid understanding of direct response marketing principles, persuasive copywriting, and the creation of high-converting landing page designs.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve funnel inefficiencies.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively across marketing, design, and sales teams.

Strategic Funnel Development & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales funnel strategies aligned with different customer segments and business objectives.
Marketing Automation & Workflow Management:
Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows within CRM and marketing automation platforms (Kajabi, ThriveCart, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk).
Lead Lifecycle Management:
Implement and optimize strategies for lead generation, capture, and nurturing through effective
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization:
Design, test, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions using A/B testing and data-driven analytics.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Continuously analyze funnel performance data, identify key bottlenecks, and implement data-backed improvements to maximize conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:
Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of funnel strategies and a consistent customer journey from initial awareness to conversion.
Ad Campaign Integration (Collaboration):
Collaborate with paid media teams to ensure alignment between advertising campaigns and funnel strategies, optimizing ROI.
Reporting & Insights:
Track and report on key funnel metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization and improvement.
