Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Behavioral Health (ABA) Biller to oversee billing operations, ensure accurate claims processing, and improve financial insights. This role will focus on reviewing the aging report, reviewing suppressed patient statements, and analyzing cash flow trends to optimize revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABA therapy billing, insurance claims management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review and manage aging reports to track outstanding claims and follow up on unpaid balances.
-Monitor and report on cash flow trends, providing insights to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
-Track, and reconcile insurance claims for ABA therapy services, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
You are not going to submit any insurance/reimbursements claims
- Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
- Maintain accurate patient financial records and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Prepare and distribute billing reports, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
- Stay up to date with insurance regulations, ABA billing policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or ABA therapy billing.
? Strong understanding of CPT codes, insurance claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
? Proficiency in billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and insurance portals.
? Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Medicaid, private insurance, and third-party payers.
Familiarity with ABA therapy billing guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
Knowledge of billing software such as CentralReach, Kareo, or similar platforms.
