Credit Repair Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair VA Specialist to join our team! You must be highly skilled in credit dispute processes, familiar with DisputeFox, and experienced in filing FTC and CFPB reports. Your role will involve managing client files, handling dispute processes, and ensuring that all credit repair procedures are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
? Process credit disputes through DisputeFox and ensure timely follow-ups
? File complaints with FTC, CFPB, and other relevant agencies when necessary
? Manage and maintain accurate client records in our system
? Assist clients with gathering necessary documents for disputes
? Track and update client progress while ensuring compliance with credit repair laws
? Communicate with credit bureaus and creditors regarding dispute resolutions
? Stay up to date with credit repair regulations and best practices

Requirements:
?? Must have experience in credit repair (minimum 1 year preferred)
?? Strong understanding of DisputeFox and dispute processing workflows
?? Knowledge of FTC, CFPB, and credit reporting laws
?? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
?? Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
?? Strong written and verbal English communication skills
