Marketing Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

Hourly Pay: $300/month for first 30 days, increasing to $400/month, then $500/month after 90 days of strong performance

Availability: Must be fluent in English and able to communicate during PST hours

Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketing assistant with a knack for turning content into client conversions? I’m looking for someone to help build the bridge between powerful content and an engaged online community for my coaching program. If you’re organized, thoughtful, and excited to help people find their way into transformational work, this may be for you.

Role Objective:
Create and manage content that converts prospects into clients for my online group coaching program.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form video content (primarily for Instagram and/or TikTok and YouTube)
• Write compelling captions that reflect brand voice and drive action
• Schedule and post content consistently across platforms
• Optimize the online course experience in Kajabi, including writing and sequencing an onboarding email flow
• Build and maintain a high-converting landing page
• Provide weekly updates on content performance and engagement insights

Compensation:
• $300/month during the first 30 days (trial period)
• $400/month after initial 30 days, based on reliability and output
• $500/month within 90 days for consistent performance and contribution toward conversions

You Are:
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication
• Experienced in editing video for social media (Reels, etc.)
• Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
• Comfortable using Kajabi
• Reliable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
• Obsessed with small details (because they matter)
