Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and persistent telemarketer with at least 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners using a robo dialer to generate listing appointments. You must be comfortable with rejection, have strong sales skills, and maintain a positive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to potential home sellers using a robo dialer
• Follow a structured script to introduce real estate services and assess homeowner interest
• Handle objections professionally and pivot conversations to set listing appointments
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes in Follow Up Boss CRM system
• Schedule appointments for the real estate agent with interested sellers
• Stay self-motivated and consistent despite frequent rejection
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call performance goals
Expected Call Volume:
• 40-60 calls per hour with a power dialer ?Upgrade to see actual infocalls per 5-hour shift
• Goal: 1 listing appointment set per shift
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of real estate telemarketing or lead generation experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills
• Noise Cancelling Head Set
• Experience using a robo dialer or similar calling software
• Ability to follow a script and adjust based on conversation flow
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
• Strong organizational skills to track calls, leads, and appointments
• Availability to work Tuesday – Friday from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
Performance Expectations:
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas (200+ dials per shift)
• Set a minimum of 1 listing appointments per shift
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic tone on all calls
• Submit end-of-day reports summarizing call activity and results
Pay: $6.00 per hour – bonus of $25.00 for every listing taken
