KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and prioritize strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and growth targets.
- Evaluate and shape multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, content,
- Guide and collaborate on content creation (blogs, case studies, sales enablement) ensuring alignment with ICP and buyer journey.
- Translate data into strategic insights to help us d
- Maintain brand and message consistency while adapting to market signals.
- Collaborate across Product, Growth, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts amplify key initiatives.
IN THIS ROLE YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Shape marketing strategy rather than just executing it.
- Think like a portfolio manager—allocating effort and investment based on ROI, performance, and business objectives.
- Translate insights into action—turning multi-channel data into clear strategic direction.
- Analyze what’s working across channels, and reallocate focus based on performance and goals.
- Run tests and experiments with a clear strategic purpose.
- Partner with other departments to improve how we position, message, and deliver content that drives results.
- Own and report on marketing performance, helping refine our growth roadmap.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and adapt multi-channel strategies with limited resources.
- Strong communication and analytical skills—you’re just as comfortable making the case for a strategic shift as you are building a campaign.
- A collaborative, humble approach with strong business acumen.
- Someone who enjoys big-picture thinking but can step in to help get things done.
- Ability to translate performance data into recommendations and marketing direction.
- Experience shaping messaging and positioning using frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done or Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You only specialize in one channel like paid search or social media and prefer to stay in that lane.
- You want to follow someone else's roadmap instead of helping shape it.
- You prefer reporting metrics over translating them into strategy.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with PLG or CLG models.
- Familiarity with messaging frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done.
- Understanding of marketing attribution, segmentation, and buyer journey mapping.
- Design familiarity (Canva, Figma).
