We’re Apex Solutions, a high-performance debt collection firm looking for a battle-tested agency to staff 5 remote dialer positions ASAP. We don’t need average — we need closers in training who can create pressure, spark urgency, and drive valid incalls that lead to closed deals.

???? Shift Details:

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
8 paid hours per day (30-min unpaid break)
Fully remote
???? Compensation:

$3/hour per agent for the first 45 days
Raises available after 45 days for agents who prove value and meet performance
Paid twice per month — $259.80 per agent per payout

Have a verifiable track record in collections or outbound sales
Can scale with us as we grow
Provide 5 reliable, consistent full-time agents
Are comfortable with manual dialing and high call volume
???? Daily Expectations:

250–300 calls per agent per day
Use of *70 for voicemail drops
Follow our proven scripts and cadence
Confident tone, aggressive energy, and zero fear on the phone
