Role Overview:

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be instrumental in driving our online presence and ensuring our clients' websites are high-performing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. We are seeking a diverse skill set and a strong desire to grow.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites utilizing WordPress and Elementor, ensuring an engaging user experience across all devices.
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance functionality and meet specific business objectives, ensuring cohesive brand alignment.  
Manage front-end and back-end website development, ensuring high performance and availability.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate web designs with overarching brand strategies and marketing goals.
Maintain, update, and optimize web properties to ensure peak performance, security, and compliance with the latest web standards.
Analyze and leverage website traffic and user engagement data to implement strategic improvements and optimizations.  
Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot content issues.
Implement SEO best practices for site optimization.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web design and development, specifically with WordPress and Elementor.  
Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, and a solid understanding of responsive web design.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-performing websites and effectively customize WordPress environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
