We are a growing logistics and transport company seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, graphs) and a background in accounting/bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and accurate, with the ability to support financial reporting and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze financial data using Excel pivot tables, charts, and graphs
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and account reconciliation
Support payroll processing and employee expense reports
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic accounting functions
Prepare reports, summaries, and financial statements as needed
Manage data entry and organization of company financial documents
Assist in budget tracking and expense management
Provide general administrative support to the logistics and accounting teams
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role in logistics or transportation is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Graphs, Data Analysis)
Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with expense tracking and financial reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus
