We’re an aggressively growing short-term rental business securing corporate lease deals directly with landlords, property managers, and brokers. We’re looking for a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED Cold Caller who can confidently pitch leasing deals and navigate real estate conversations without relying on scripts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 2+ years of proven cold calling experience in Real Estate (REQUIRED – no exceptions)
- Near-native English proficiency – You must sound clear, confident, and persuasive
- Voice recording required – No voice sample = immediate disqualification
- Experience speaking with landlords, brokers, or property managers is a strong plus
- Confident handling objections, overcoming pushback, and keeping control of the conversation
- Self-driven, independent, and able to think on your feet — no robots allowed
- Strong understanding of follow-up, CRM usage, and note-taking
- Hungry, coachable, and looking to grow with a high-performance team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make outbound cold calls to landlords and property managers to secure corporate leases
- Pitch our company and explain the value of leasing to us
- Handle objections professionally, answer questions, and build trust
- Qualify leads and set follow-ups with decision-makers
- Log all calls and conversations in CRM, keeping detailed records
- Collaborate with our internal team to optimize messaging and increase conversions
