Tech Virtual Assistant for Long term Position

I'm looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant to join the team, full-time. If you are dedicated, resourceful, and looking for a long-term partnership, follow the steps in this post—this job could change your life.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Stable internet connection (minimum 10mbps)
Willing to work Mountain Time (9 AM - 6 PM)
With passion about mental health or growth

PLUS (Not Required, but Preferred):
Familiarity with Kajabi, GoHighLevel (GHL), ActiveCampaign, Zapier, ClickUp

TASKS YOU WILL HANDLE:
Create landing pages in GHL
Create tags in GHL
Manually delete bots contacts in Active campaign
Upload Videos in Kajabi
Add/Revoke Access in Kajabi
Creating Thumbnail in Canva
Adding captions to an edited video using CapCut
Connecting GHL & Kajabi using Zapier
Other Admin Tasks (Calendar, Zoom)

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
We provide complete training to ensure you feel confident in your role.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
You must be willing to participate in a Zoom Video Call before being accepted for the job. I will be picking 3 applicants before making my final decision.

HOURS & COMPENSATION:
Full-time: 40 hours per week (this must be your only employment)
Starting salary: $750/month with growth opportunities
