We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to help us generate new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, introducing them to our services and setting appointments for our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on making connections, handling objections, and turning cold leads into warm prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists or sourcing your own.
Clearly communicate our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Web Design, etc.) to decision-makers.
Identify client pain points and position our agency as the solution.
Set qualified appointments or demos for the sales team.
Maintain call logs, lead tracking, and CRM updates.
Follow up with leads through phone,
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and comfort working with KPIs.
Ability to handle objections and turn rejection into opportunity.
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, dialers, and spreadsheets.
Preferred But Not Required:
Experience selling digital marketing or advertising services.
Background in agency sales or B2B outreach.
