JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an excellent communicator with experience in outbound calling and client support? NetScore, a U.S.-based company, is looking for a reliable Outbound Caller & Account Liaison to join our team! In this role, you’ll help weight loss clinics grow by prequalifying leads through outbound calls and serving as their go-to contact for quick communication with our team.

This is a remote position paying $5/hour, with monthly bonuses for top performers. Opportunity to scale quickly into full time and salary advancement over time. We are looking for the right team player that will help us grow as you grow!


What You’ll Do:

Outbound Calling (70% of your time):
Call incoming leads for U.S. weight loss clinics within 24 hours of submission.
Use a script to qualify leads based on budget, needs, and timeline (10-20 calls/day).
Log all call details in our CRM system and send qualified leads to clinics.
Account Liaison (30% of your time):
Act as the main contact for clinics, responding to emails or chats within 1–2 hours.
Collect weekly feedback from clinics on lead quality and share with our team.
Schedule and join short check-in calls with clinics (15 minutes biweekly).

Work U.S. hours (9 PM PHT–5 AM PHT) to align with our clients.

Who We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or BPO (account management experience is a plus).

Excellent English skills – clear, accent-neutral speech and strong writing for U.S. clients.
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), email, and chat platforms (e.g., Slack) – or eager to learn fast.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle both calling and client communication daily.
Reliable internet (10 Mbps+ upload/download) and a quiet workspace for calls.
