About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Ecom Growth Manager / Full-Stack VA to build, run and manage our dropshipping strategy from A to Z. You will work closely with the founder (visionary) who sets the direction, and you'll be responsible for making things happen — with full ownership of execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Find trending, high-potential products using TikTok, PPSpy, Amazon reviews, etc.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate ad copy, scripts, and messaging
- Brief or coordinate with video editors to create scroll-stopping ad creatives
- Launch and manage
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and scale profitably
- Kill underperforming products or ads quickly
- Build simple repeatable processes or playbooks for each step
- Help hire and manage tea
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in dropshipping or eCommerce
- Strong knowledge of
- Confident with product research, copywriting, and ad creative direction
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
- Takes initiative and solves problems independently
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bonus if you have experience with TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify automation
