About the Role:
We are a U.S.-based real estate media production company seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with lead generation and outreach to real estate agents across the country. Your main responsibility will be identifying top listings in various markets, initiating contact with agents using proven templates, and maintaining light engagement with potential leads via social media.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research and identify top-performing listings across hyperlocal markets in the United States.
Keep a curated list of promising agent leads based on activity and property quality.
Agent Outreach:

Send email and text messages using pre-written templates.
Follow up via email or text 3 days later to check in with non-responders.
Track all outreach activity and responses clearly.
Social Media Engagement:

Follow targeted agents on Instagram or Facebook.
Occasionally like and engage with their content to build familiarity and connection.
Reporting & Communication:

Notify manager immediately when an agent responds to your outreach.
Provide weekly reports on number of leads contacted, follow-ups completed, and any notable interactions.

Comfortable using email, text platforms, and social media professionally
Organized and consistent in tracking follow-ups and communications
Reliable internet connection and daily availability
Experience with lead generation, real estate, or customer service is a plus
