We're Hiring: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Remote | Full-Time

We’re L’Brise — and we’re all about creating amazing customer Upgrade to see actual infonts. We’re looking for someone who’s fast, friendly, and genuinely loves helping people to join us as our Customer Experience Specialist.

You’ll be chatting with our customers through email, website chat, and social media — making sure their questions get answered fast and that they always feel heard. You’ll also help handle returns using Loop and make sure everything runs smoothly, whether that means a refund or store credit.

If you’ve used Gorgias before (this is a must!), and you’re all about keeping things organized while making customers feel like VIPs, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Chatting with customers through Gorgias (email, website chat, and social)
Handling returns through Loop and making sure customers leave happy
Helping people get the info they need — fast
Making sure every experience with L’Brise feels easy, kind, and personal
Keeping track of your conversations and sharing feedback with the team
What We’re Looking For:

You’ve worked in Gorgias before and know your way around
You’ve got experience in customer support (bonus if it’s eComm/DTC)
You write well and sound natural — not robotic
You’re organized, proactive, and love solving problems
You genuinely care about giving people a great experience
