Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Social Media VA to manage content scheduling, social media management, and client coordination. This role involves planning and executing content strategies, managing video editing workflows, and ensuring seamless content delivery. You’ll collaborate with our editing team, clients, and videographers to maintain a strong and engaging social media presence for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Write engaging titles and catchy blurbs for posts before scheduling them.
Manage content approvals and feedback in ClickUp.
Use a social media scheduling platform like Hootsuite/Buffer to schedule posts and track performance.
Coordinate and schedule shoot dates with clients and videographers.
Manage the shoot calendar and send reminders.
Ensure videographers upload raw footage within 24 hours in the correct format.
Provide clear editing instructions based on client expectations.
Document workflows and create SOPs for content processes.
Oversee the final delivery of finished content to clients.
Manage client invoices and ensure timely billing.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a knack for creating engaging captions.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing trends.
Excellent English communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer:
$6.00 - $8.00/hour OR $960.00 - $1280.00/month
Paid Time Off: 7 days per year + US major holidays
