Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advocate to join our team. This role is responsible for following up with recent customers who have declined a repair and offering them an alternative appliance purchase. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to research appliance information, and proficiency in creating invoices, proposals, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact recent customers who have declined a repair to present alternative appliance purchase options.
Utilize the internet to research appliance specifications, pricing, and availability.
Generate and manage customer invoices and proposals with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendor representatives to ensure a seamless sales process.
Utilize Canva to create visually appealing proposals and marketing materials.
Use Excel to track sales, customer data, and other key metrics.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Work collaboratively with the service and sales teams to improve customer experience and increase sales conversions.

Qualifications:
Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to research and analyze product information effectively.
Proficiency in Canva and Excel (or similar tools).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
