Virtual Assistant - Amazon Wholesale & Walmart Specialist
Responsibilities:
Research for high-demand, everyday consumer products from well-known brands that do not require marketing. Prioritize packaged products and avoid electronics or items with high return rates.
Find and contact wholesale suppliers exclusively for our Amazon and Walmart stores.
Manage purchase orders, supplier communication, and invoice tracking.
Constantly monitor inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Track product orders from the wholesaler to the 3PL and from the 3PL to Amazon.
Stay up to date with Amazon's policies and updates, ensuring full compliance.
Have extensive knowledge of category ungating.
Manage account health, handle appeals, and understand Amazon’s Section 3 policies.
Assist with daily operational tasks related to the Amazon Wholesale FBA model.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Amazon Wholesale FBA and Walmart (at least 3 years preferred).
Advanced knowledge of product research tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Scan Unlimited, or similar.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, including policies and regulations.
Experience in supplier negotiations and wholesale account management.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
