Local SEO + AI Content Specialist

We work with local car dealerships and private sellers to help them generate exclusive, high-intent leads using cutting-edge digital strategies. Content, SEO, and AI all power our growth — and we’re looking for the right person to help us level up.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a proactive, skilled communicator who already understands on-page SEO, local SEO, citations, and content structure. You’ll be working side-by-side with our SEO Lead to power up local SEO campaigns and generate high-quality content using advanced AI tools like ChatGPT.

As our SEO + AI Content Specialist, you’ll help build and manage client-facing local SEO campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will be content creation (with AI), supporting on-page SEO work for car listings, executing structured local SEO campaigns, and assisting with off-page work like citation building and link outreach.

You must be fluent with ChatGPT, understand on/off-page SEO, and bring experience in local SEO execution — including working with citations, schema, and GMB/GBP optimization.

You’ll also be given access to powerful automation platforms and GPT-integrated SEO software. But you must be able to self-manage, communicate clearly, and be ready to learn and execute fast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Research & Creation
- Use ChatGPT to research and draft local SEO content for service pages, blogs, city-specific landing pages, etc.
- Optimize content using tools like Surfer SEO (training provided if needed)
- Adapt tone, structure, and keyword placement for different business types and geographies

Local SEO Execution
- Execute structured local SEO strategies under guidance from SEO Lead.
- Create and optimize Google assets (Drive stacks, sites, maps embeds).
- Simulate or automate traffic signals to Google properties using approved tools.
- Implement cloud stacking and other entity-based methods to strengthen local signals.
- Support GMB/GBP work (posting, image optimization, asset linking).

On-Page SEO Support
- Optimize vehicle listing pages for:
-- Titles
-- Meta descriptions
-- Header tags
-- Alt text & image optimization (as needed)
-- Schema markup for vehicles
- Ensure all content follows local keyword structures and platform standards.

Off-Page SEO Support
- Help build citations and directory listings across industry-relevant and geo-specific platforms.
- Perform local competitive research to find link or content opportunities.
- Submit and monitor indexing of various assets (Google Sites, PDFs, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience with local SEO campaigns and content workflows
- Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT and AI writing tools
- Experience creating and managing citations and NAP consistency
- Basic understanding of schema markup (especially for business and products)
- Good written English and ability to follow SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with SEO automation tools like SEO Neo or other AI-integrated platforms
- Familiarity with ZimmWriter, Surfer SEO, or similar tools
- Basic working ability in Canva (not design-heavy work, just using templates)
- Experience with image optimization for SEO

WORK SCHEDULE & HOLIDAYS:
- Split-shift schedule to enable live communication with U.S. team when needed
- Observes both U.S. and Philippine holidays (including New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Bataan - Day, Labor Day, Philippines Independence Day, National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Feast of the Immaculate Conception, - Christmas Day, Rizal Day)
- Paid leave available after 90-day probation period (with notice)
