About Us
The Parent Club is the community arm of My Childcare and Me, focused on empowering, supporting, and connecting parents and carers. We offer workshops, one-to-one support, events, and resources that support families through every stage of their parenting journey.

We are now looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Engagement Manager to help us build a strong digital presence, drive engagement, and ensure our message is reaching the families who need us.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation

Develop and deliver regular email newsletters with updates, event info, and useful content for parents and professionals
Plan and schedule engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Set up and manage new social media pages for The Parent Club, maintaining consistent, aligned branding
Create and post content that speaks to parents' real experiences – reels, stories, quotes, educational posts, etc.
Write meaningful captions and ensure our voice is warm, inclusive, and authentic
Engagement & Community Building

Actively comment on, engage with, and repost relevant content across platforms to grow our network
Manage LinkedIn professionally – keep it active with updates, reshared articles, and thoughtful engagement
Build our online presence as a thought leader in parent support and early years development
Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely, friendly manner
Events & Campaigns

Support planning, promotion, and coordination of online and in-person events
Help design campaigns or themes for workshops, coffee mornings, or awareness weeks
Use social media and email to boost attendance and highlight the impact of events
Website Management

Regularly update The Parent Club section of the website with relevant blogs, events, services, and resources
Ensure information is accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
Help improve overall layout and user experience where needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (bonus if in education, childcare or parenting sectors)
A creative thinker who knows how to turn ideas into meaningful posts and campaigns
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Confident using Canva, Mailchimp (or similar), social media scheduling tools, and website platforms (e.g. Wix or WordPress)
Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated – able to work independently and manage your own time
A genuine passion for supporting parents and building community
