Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator? We’re looking for an assistant to help with data entry, shipping, and vendor coordination in a 100% remote role. If you love keeping things running smoothly and efficiently, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Do:
• Update and manage purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse reports.
• Track warehouse metrics and maintain planning documents.
• Handle billing disputes and invoice management.
• Create and upload weekly shipments in Amazon Seller Central.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage chargebacks and purchase order discrepancies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves:
• 5 years of experience as a Fulfillment and Production Assistant in an e-commerce company
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Salesforce.
• Background in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment ????.
