Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated Cold Lead Appointment Setter to join La Lueur Health & Wellness. This role is responsible for converting cold leads from GoHighLevel into booked appointments for our providers and sales team. The ideal candidate has experience in lead nurturing, medical appointment setting, and using CRM tools like GoHighLevel and GroupTrack to track and optimize conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Cold Lead Outreach & Nurturing**
- Call and follow up with cold leads to warm them up.
- Utilize SMS and email sequences to engage potential clients.
- Educate leads on available services and benefits.

2. **Appointment Scheduling**
- Book qualified appointments for the provider or sales team.
- Ensure leads complete the required intake forms before the appointment.

3. **Lead Tracking & Follow-Up Optimization**
- Maintain detailed tracking in GoHighLevel and GroupTrack for all leads contacted.
- Use a structured follow-up sequence (5-7+ touchpoints) to improve conversions.
- Adjust outreach strategy based on response rates and conversion trends.
