About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer and social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will design digital assets for our blogs and websites while also managing and executing social media strategies across two brands using Loomly.
Key Responsibilities:
GRAPHIC DESIGN:
-Create custom visuals for blog posts, landing pages, and general website use.
-Design digital assets, including infographics, banners, social media creatives, and promotional content.
-Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
-Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure visuals enhance engagement and storytelling.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
-Develop and manage social media content calendars for two websites using Loomly.
-Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms (Instagram,
-Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community presence.
-Track KPIs and report on performance, engagement, and content effectiveness.
-Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience in graphic design and social media management (portfolio required).
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite).
-Deep understanding of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
-Familiarity with Loomly or similar social media management tools.
-Strong eye for detail, creativity, and brand storytelling.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
Work Expectations
-Full-time (40 hours/week) — This role requires your full professional commitment.
-No moonlighting — Outside freelance or part-time work is not allowed during your employment.
