Full-Stack Developer (ChatGPT + API Integration) | Build Custom AI Messaging Tool for Airbnb Business

We’re looking for a talented, self-driven Full-Stack Developer to help us build a custom AI messaging platform that integrates with Airbnb and automates guest communication using the ChatGPT API.

You’ll be working directly with the founder of a fast-growing short-term rental company that manages over 300+ Airbnbs across the world.

???? PROJECT SCOPE
We want to build an internal tool (MVP) that:

Stores each Airbnb listing’s details, house rules, and guidebooks
Uses the ChatGPT API to generate responses to guest messages
Connects to Airbnb’s inbox (via API or 3rd-party webhook integration)
Has an admin panel to view/edit AI replies and override if needed
Notifies a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber if AI gets stuck or doesn’t know the answer

????? SKILLS REQUIRED
Full-Stack Development (Python, Node.js, or PHP)
Front-End Frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
API integration (OpenAI, Zapier, or direct APIs)
Database knowledge (MongoDB, Firebase, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Strong written and verbal English
Bonus: Experience with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

Project-based rate: $1,500–$3,000 (depending on skill/experience)
Potential for long-term position and future product builds
20–40 hours/week depending on your availability
