Senior Fullstack Developer

SINQ is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to develop, maintain, and project manage our web application. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in both frontend and backend development to build scalable and high-performing solutions. As we grow, this position has the potential to evolve into a leadership role, managing a team of developers.

Responsibilities
-Develop, enhance, and maintain SINQ’s web application
-Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the platform
-Work on both frontend and backend development using modern technologies
-Project manage development tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality output
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements
-Optimize codebase and improve system architecture as needed
-Potentially lead and manage a development team in the future

Qualifications
-5+ years of Fullstack Development experience
-Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) or other modern frameworks
-Strong backend development experience (REST APIs, databases, cloud services)
-Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
-Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Prior experience managing or mentoring a development team is a plus
