– You can turn raw talking-head footage into clean, fast-paced short-form videos
– You know how to cut together a folder of talking head and broll into an engaging video
– You’re obsessed with learning what’s working and why
– You communicate clearly and consistently
– You’ll hop on a weekly Zoom call with me (and speak clearly without 1 word answers)
– You hit deadlines without needing reminders
– You bring creative ideas to the table—not just edits


Who this is not for:

– If you disappear for days with no update
– If you can’t take feedback without getting defensive
– If you want someone to tell you exactly what to do, every time
– If you just want a gig and don’t care about improving
