DevOps Engineer - TypeScript, AWS CDK, and DevOps

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, AWS CDK, and AWS DevOps services to support and enhance our web application deployment pipeline. You will focus primarily on building, maintaining, and optimizing our CI/CD pipeline that deploys a React Single Page Application (SPA) to AWS.
Responsibilities:

Enhance and maintain the CI/CD pipeline written in AWS CDK.
Ensure seamless deployment of the application to AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, and WAF.
Ensure the pipeline pulls the latest code from GitHub and manages the deployment workflow.
Implement DevOps best practices to ensure efficiency, security, and scalability.
Perform small TypeScript adjustments if necessary to support deployment tasks.
Collaborate with software engineers to streamline deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in TypeScript
Strong hands-on experience with AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit)
Deep knowledge of AWS services: S3, CloudFront, WAF, CodePipeline, CodeBuild
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps methodologies
Ability to troubleshoot and improve deployment pipelines
Familiarity with GitHub workflows and version control best practices
Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience deploying SPAs to AWS at scale
Knowledge of web application security best practices
Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and monitoring frameworks
