JOB OVERVIEW

Category: Marketing & Sales – Social Media Management / Content Creation
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to remotely oversee and grow our online presence across 12–15 interrelated brand accounts. This is a full-time remote position for a creative and organized individual who can manage multiple social media profiles in tandem. Our brands span the luxury lifestyle, real estate, and travel spaces, with Instagram as the primary platform (alongside LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube). The focus is on content creation and community management – creating engaging posts, stories, and short videos – with occasional paid ad management (boosting posts, running simple campaigns). The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design or video editing, can capture each brand’s unique voice, and thrives in juggling multiple content calendars without missing a beat. If you live and breathe social media trends and can adapt to different brand styles, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of 12–15 social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring each profile stays active and on-brand.
Develop, plan, and schedule content calendars for each brand – including writing captions, creating or sourcing images/graphics, and editing short-form videos (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok videos) as needed.
Create engaging visual content: use design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) to design posts and thumbnails, and video editing tools to produce high-quality short videos.
Write compelling captions and copy that reflect each brand’s distinct voice and tone (from professional on LinkedIn to fun and trendy on TikTok) while maintaining proper grammar and style.
Monitor all social media channels daily: respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner, engage with the community, and foster positive interactions.
Collaborate with the founder and team to align social media content with ongoing campaigns, product launches, or events – ensure messaging is consistent with overall marketing goals.
Occasional Ad Management: Set up and manage basic paid promotions (such as boosting important posts or running targeted ads on Facebook/Instagram) when needed, in coordination with our marketing strategy.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools or platform insights: report on growth, engagement rates, and other key metrics for each account. Use these insights to refine content strategies and achieve better results over time.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all platforms. Proactively suggest new content ideas or strategies (e.g. new TikTok trends, Instagram features, etc.) to keep our brand content fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role managing multiple social channels, preferably for brands in the lifestyle, travel, or real estate niche.
Strong knowledge of Instagram (our primary platform) and experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You should understand the content formats, algorithms, and audience expectations on each platform.
Excellent written English skills – able to craft engaging, error-free captions and adapt writing style to different audiences/brand voices.
Design skills: Proficiency with Canva (at minimum) or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) to create attractive graphics. Basic video editing skills for short videos or reels (using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile apps like CapCut) are required.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage content calendars and schedules for many accounts at once. You can plan ahead and multitask so that each brand gets consistent attention.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling through social media. You can generate content ideas and find creative ways to highlight our brand lifestyle and offerings.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) to schedule posts and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Analytical thinking – comfortable reviewing insights and metrics to determine what’s working or not. Experience preparing basic reports on follower growth, engagement, reach, etc.
Some experience with running social media ads or boosting posts (Facebook Ads Manager or Instagram promotions) is a plus. At minimum, you should understand how paid promotion on social media works.
Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. You manage your time well and communicate regularly with the team (via email, Slack, Zoom, etc.) to report progress or challenges.
Tools & Software:
Social Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube – hands-on daily use and familiarity with each platform’s features (posting, stories, reels, analytics dashboards).
Design Tools: Canva for graphic design and social media layouts; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for more advanced graphic work; Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, or CapCut for video editing and reels.
Social Media Management: Tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Facebook Business Suite to schedule posts and manage multiple accounts in one place.
Analytics: Native platform insights (Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, YouTube Studio analytics, TikTok Analytics) and possibly Google Analytics if coordinating social with web traffic.
Communication/Collaboration: Slack or Microsoft Teams for communicating with our team; Trello/Asana or similar project management tool to organize content plans and requests if needed.
Ad Tools: Facebook Ads Manager for setting up and monitoring any paid campaigns or boosted posts (as needed).
Application Instructions:
To apply, submit your application through OnlineJobs.ph with your updated resume and a cover letter specific to this Social Media Manager role.
In your cover letter, include links or screenshots of social media accounts you have managed or content you have created. We’d love to see your portfolio of posts, campaigns, or any account growth metrics you’ve achieved.
