Who We’re Looking For:
We need a Marketing Operations & Strategy Manager who can execute and think. Someone who isn’t just running ads or optimizing SEO but is actively considering the intent behind keywords, the psychographics behind audiences, and the emotional triggers behind copy. You’ll ensure that campaigns are structured, well-managed, and thoughtfully crafted across multiple channels—Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
This role is for someone who is equal parts structured and creative—you need to be systematic in execution but also question, refine, and optimize strategies with a deep understanding of language, psychology, and action-driving messaging.
What You’ll Do:
1. Strategic Audience & Keyword Development
- Conduct thoughtful audience research for LinkedIn,
- Run keyword research that prioritizes intent and messaging fit, not just volume.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure audience targeting and messaging align seamlessly.
2. Campaign Execution & Workflow Control
- Manage the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring tight workflows, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee the process from ideation to execution, ensuring structured, methodical progress at every step.
- Maintain quality control on deliverables, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and execution.
3. Optimization & Iteration
- Continuously evaluate and refine campaign performance—not just reporting numbers, but thinking critically about what’s working and why.
- Adjust targeting, messaging, and approach based on real audience behavior and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and data analysts to close the feedback loop and fine-tune execution.
