Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Provide coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to sales representatives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Address customer needs and concerns to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations & Reporting
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
Prepare and present sales reports, projections, and performance updates to senior management.
Utilize CRM software and data analytics to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Has experience in sales management
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
