# Responsibilities
As a Senior Amazon Account & PPC Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategies and manage an holistic view on our Amazon business. Your responsibilities will include:
# Amazon Account & Seller Central Management:
- Collaborate with Seller Support and raise tickets when necessary
- Set and maintain account KPIs for continuous improvement and growth
- Maintain and optimize Amazon listings and keywords
- Utilize flat file uploads for bulk operations (title changes, create product variants, updating product features etc.)
- Manage A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance brand presence
- Ensure within team that customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and other service issues are managed promptly and effectively
- Monitor and ensure that customer reviews are resolved
- Implement insights and suggestions based on customer feedback to improve products and processes
- Manage effective deals and promotion strategies
# Amazon PPC Management
- Ensure our company’s Amazon advertising is successful
- Planning, creating, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns and monitoring our account
- Create reports on our account performance with Excel or Google Sheets using VLookup and pivot tables
- Experimenting with and testing new features in Amazon Advertising
- Developing advanced strategies for our Amazon Account
- Modify bids based on KPIs, such as Conversion Rate (CVR) and organic Keyword Ranking, to optimize campaign performance
- Tracking KPIs on a weekly and monthly base
- Utilize the SQRP Report to analyze PPC campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve campaign objectives
- PPC bid and budget optimization, dayparting
# Operations
- Maintain Sales forecasts and monitors inventory levels
- Analyze inventory and check supplier reorders
# Qualifications
To succeed as a Senior Amazon Acc & PPC Manager with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:
- Experience Level: Mid-Level - Senior-Level
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Amazon FBA Account Manager, PPC, customer support experience or similar
- Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA/FBM business model and the main KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales etc.) to further optimize them.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting with Amazon Support.
- Experience in updating product data with bulk files (title changes, creation of product variants, updating product data etc.)
- Confidence in independently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Experience with Amazon PPC bulk files
- Experience with SQPR report to derive possible PPC optimizations.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC (Sponsored Product Ads, Sponsored Brands Ads, Display Ads)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is required.
- Proficiency in improving and managing bids for placements with placement modifiers is a prerequisite for this role
