With 95% of our work produced in-house at our 12,000 sq ft facility, we take pride in controlling quality, timelines, and consistency—making us a trusted partner for businesses of all sizes. Now, we’re on a mission to grow our signage department and elevate our offering in promotional merchandise—and we’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help us do it.
The Role:
This is a key sales and client-facing role focused on growing our signage and promotional merchandise revenue streams. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring projects are processed accurately through to production. You’ll work closely with our internal production and design teams to ensure that what gets promised is what gets delivered—on time and on spec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activity with a focus on relationship building and revenue growth.
- Serve as the a point of contact for signage and merchandise clients, from quote to delivery.
- Work with internal teams (design, print, embroidery, signage production) to ensure smooth handover and project execution.
- Track leads, quotes, and sales performance using CRM tools and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to build strategic client accounts, targeting agencies, corporates, and multi-site businesses.
-Provide expert advice to clients on materials, processes, and product options to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes.
- Support marketing campaigns by following up with warm leads and contributing industry insight.
- Help shape the future of our signage and merchandise offering by providing feedback, ideas, and insights.
Experience & Skills:
We’re looking for someone who knows the industry and can hit the ground running. Specifically:
Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in signage or promotional merchandise.
Strong understanding of promotional merchandise and signage processes, from sourcing to decoration (print, embroidery, DTF, etc.).
Experience managing multiple client accounts, quotes, and delivery timelines.
Confident in reading and interpreting client briefs and technical artwork files.
Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, and client-focused.
Proven ability to build rapport, close deals, and grow revenue.
Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Desirable:
Experience using job management or CRM platforms (e.g., Trello,
Understanding of signage installation processes (not essential but a bonus).
Creative flair or appreciation for visual branding.
