Virtual Assistant - Land Acquisition Specialist

About You:

Are you a highly organized, systems-oriented individual with a knack for optimizing workflows? Do you excel at communication and possess strong analytical skills? If so, we're looking for you! We're seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our land acquisition business, focusing primarily on SMS communication and data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SMS Management:
- Promptly and professionally respond to all incoming SMS inquiries using Launch Control.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls.
- Maintain records of communication in our CRM.

Market Data Analysis:
- Evaluate property data in LandInsights
- Analyze comps, zoning regulations, and tax records to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Input data into spreadsheets and CRM.

Workflow Optimization
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in setting up and optimize our workflows & CRM to make it as efficient as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in virtual assistance or a related field.
- Proficiency in using LandInsights and Launch Control (or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.  
- Availability during US EST work hours.

COMPENSATION
$5 / hr plus $250 / close
