About the Role

I’m looking for a Chief of Staff & Personal Assistant to help me scale multiple AI startups and an SEO agency. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with me on operations, marketing, and growth strategies. You’ll help execute ideas, manage priorities, and keep things moving forward while learning cutting-edge AI workflows along the way.

The ideal candidate has some knowledge of SEO and video editing—or is eager to learn. If you love taking ownership, solving problems, and working at the intersection of AI, content, and business operations, you’ll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do
• Strategic & Admin Support – Keep things organized, manage priorities, and help execute new ideas.
• SEO & Content Marketing – Optimize content, manage outreach, and improve website visibility.
• Video Editing & Repurposing – Edit short-form videos, repurpose content for different platforms, and assist with YouTube scripts.
• Operations & Coordination – Manage tasks, work with freelancers, and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Customer & Partner Communication – Handle emails, inquiries, and general support tasks.
• AI-Powered Productivity – Learn and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
