Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Onboarding & HR Specialist to support our growing healthcare team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding process for nurses and other healthcare professionals. This includes coordinating documentation, verifying licenses, and maintaining regular communication with new hires to support their transition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding of new nurses and healthcare workers.
• Collect, verify, and organize required documents and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding requirements before deployment.
• Provide a welcoming and professional onboarding experience.
• Maintain regular communication with new joiners to address concerns.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and communicate updates back to the employee.
• Plan and execute monthly engagement and wellness activities.
• Assist with general HR tasks including employee records, recruitment, or offboarding when needed.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement (healthcare background is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused.
• Able to work independently during EST business hours.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic HR tools/systems.
