Social Media Manager

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team on a freelance contract basis.

To be considered for this role, you must speak English fluently, plus one of the following languages: French, Castilian, or Japanese.

This role has the opportunity to become a full-time position.


Responsibilities:
You’ll come up with scroll-stopping TikTok ideas, which will briefed to UGC content creators.

You’ll manage the entire UGC production workflow — keeping everything running smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality.

You are incredibly organised and keep projects on track with a highly organised, process-driven approach that ensures no detail slips through the cracks.

You’ll write captions and pick hashtags that sound natural, drive engagement, and get results.

You’re always across what’s trending on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond — and know how to apply it in a smart, brand-safe way.

You’ll pull together monthly client reports that are accurate and organised, easy to understand, and visually clear.



Requirements:
Proficiency in English plus at least one of the languages - French, Castilian or Japanese
3+ years of proven experience in marketing or a similar industry
Savvy with video creation, video editing and social media tools
Self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication
Hours: approximately 25 hours per week. Opportunity to turn into a full-time role
