Product Lister Shopify

About Us:
We are an eCommerce dropshipping business operating a store in the Netherlands. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Product Lister to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with a fast-paced company and has a passion for managing product listings on Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and list new products on Shopify stores.
• Checking compelling product descriptions, titles, and other relevant details (pricing, specifications, etc.).
• Organize products into relevant collections and categories on Shopify.
• Upload high-quality product images and ensure they are properly formatted.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate and fully optimized for customer visibility.
• Work with suppliers to gather product details and ensure proper listing information.
• Update product listings with any new information, pricing changes, or stock updates.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure that out-of-stock products are removed or updated as needed.
• Perform quality checks on existing listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Assist with other tasks related to product listing as required.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in product listing on Shopify.
• Familiarity with product research and sourcing for eCommerce stores.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain consistency across all listings.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Shopify and is familiar with Poky and other tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and how to optimize product listings is a plus.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
